Jeremiah Mordi finished with 15 points for the 4-12 Riptide.
Former Saint John fan favorite Horace Wormley came back to haunt his old team, scoring 18 points for Windsor. DeAndre Thomas also scored 18 while Juan Patillo added 17 for the Express, who improved to 7-8 on the National Basketball of Canada season.
The ‘Tide trailed 70-57 after three quarters. They led 43-41 at the half and 22-20 after one quarter.
